Rupert Winter Carnival

Organized and hosted by the Youth Welfare Association of Rupert, The Rupert Winter Carnival is a great way to get outside and celebrate winter! Friday night there is a roast beef dinner to celebrate 25 years of the Rupert Community Centre. Tickets are $20 each, $10 for children 6-12, 5 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the La Pêche General Store in Lascelles. Saturday features the Ray Thompson Hockey Tournament starting at 9AM. Kids’ activities, family skate and sleigh rides from 1-4pm, cake-baking contest (enter by 11am), all-day canteen, sliding on the hill, treasure hunt, tug of war, pie eating contest, crosscut saw competition, word jumble and more!
