Women’s Voices concert for International Women’s Day

Women musicians from around the region will be gathering for a special cabaret-concert celebrating Women’s Day. Performers include blues songwriter/guitarist Jesse Greene, bilingual chanteuse Kristine St-Pierre, a trio of Wakefield songbirds Chris MacLean, Alise Marlane and Tina Therrien, pianist Deborah Thomson, and more. Come celebrate the power of women in song and movement! The Centre is partnering with the Wakefield Grannies for this event. The concert will run from 7:00-8:30 PM.

Tickets are $15, kids are free, and there’ll be activities for the little ones in the Library. And of course before the show, the Grannies famous Dessert Auction – with a special twist this year!
