A Wakefield icon, the Blacksheep is a divebar tavern by day and a juke joint cabaret by night. 2014 marks their 20th year as a music venue, although they started as a logger’s tavern and roadhouse back in 1928.
The Blacksheep loves and promotes local and Canadian music and are lucky enough to get some of the best of the best. Shows are typically run on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, starting at 8:30PM. Sunday matinees start at 4:00PM and are all ages!
The Kaffé is open from 11am to 1am every day, 364 days a year. Open Mic night is on Wednesdays and free live music every Sunday night from 7pm-9pm. Every day you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere with fresh made meals, a variety of beers, good music, and friendly staff.
