Thanks to some hard work by volunteers, and finally some colder temperatures, the Wakefield Outdoor Rink is now open!
The outdoor rink is open to everyone, with a schedule that allows for skating open to all, a free skate, shinny hockey and Priority WAY (a time that gives priority to the Wakefield Activities for Youth.
Whether you’re simply looking to get out for a skate and enjoy the fresh air, or you’re looking for a fun game of pick-up shinny hockey, the Wakefield outdoor rink will not disappoint! It’s a free activity that is open to everyone, just be sure to respect the schedule.
